Hey!
I get inspired listening to all my favourite artists and albums. New music tends to do it and listening to albums all the way through at about 3 in the morning ticks most boxes.
I write my music first and then write all the lyrics to it, It’s generally a case of me singing away until i find melodies or lyrics i like and then working from there.

Most of the time I’m the support act in this situation, When i play headline shows i love choosing my own supports from either the local scene or acts i think are truly doing something special. A lot of the time promoters will come with acts they think fit the bill nicely and usually they are great!

I’ve worked with people and spoken to people as well, its always good to see what kind of people works best for you and if you can form a partnership that can really push the music forward.

They are a great bunch of guys, writing some really cool music. I’ve known a few of them from playing shows over the years in older bands and i guess the musical circles you find yourself in means you stay in touch.

It’s going great! I’m within a few days of having all the tracking down and some of the songs are really beginning to sound better than my expectations going in. I really feel like people are going to be surprised by the sound of the album but its going to keep people happy i hope. It’s something that I’m really proud of and cant wait to show as many people as possible!

Wow umm its quite an old song of mine, I was writing it quite close to recording my first e.p so was trying a couple of different ideas and i cant quite recall what artists i was listening to at the time. I don’t want to ruin your picture or thoughts behind the song and my view of it will always be different to other peoples view. If you want a brief summery though its about the passing of friends and feeling a bit lost in that situation - i hope that doesn’t change your view of it, its a soft and morbid song i feel.
